UK standard delivery starts from £2 up to £8.99 per order, depending on the value of the order.
Orders over £100 qualify for free UK delivery.
All packages are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.

We are happy to send any of our items worldwide. Please contact us to discuss delivery.
Click and Collect
If you select the "collect in store" option, your order will be ready for you the following day at NORSK café & lifestyle store in Haddenham, Bucks. Once we have processed your order, we will email you to confirm this. Please collect between 9am - 2pm, and please note the store is not open on Mondays or Tuesdays.
Returns Policy
All items must be returned within 10 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely to withstand delivery. We do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item, but you can of course re-order online.
Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of the order.
Return postage is at customer's own cost and liability.
